HOW TO ORDER (WHOLESALE)

Send your order by email:
Fax: (808)889-6354, or phone our office in Hawaii (808)-889-6913. To order by fax or mail, please call our office and we will email or fax an order form to you.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept company checks, Visa or MasterCard. Orders are prepaid by check, by Visa or MasterCard or C.O.D until credit terms are established. N.S.F. checks carry a charge of $25.

FIRST ORDER

First orders must be prepaid by Visa or MasterCard or paid C.O.D.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our wholesale prices apply to orders of 12 items or more, and minimum re-order must be over $100.00

CANCELLATIONS

All orders cancelled within 3 days of requested shipping date will carry a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order.

BACKORDERS

All backorders are not automatically sent unless requested.

RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE ORDERS

You may return an item for credit or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please contact us to receive return authorization before you send anything back. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
