Shipping for retail orders will be done by priority mail.
Shipping for wholesale orders will be determined by the size of the order & shipped by either UPS or Priority mail.

Returns

For damaged items, please contact Good Karma Flags within 2 weeks of receipt of order for approval of returns.
All sales are final.
